These are real TailoredReaders books — illustrated stories built to teach a language as you read them, written and typeset by the same pipeline that will make yours, and printed here exactly as they came out. Every one comes in two editions: read each line beside its translation, or read the story in your target language alone.

One man, one pan, one small kitchen — a first evening told in the handful of words it takes to say what is happening.

A scooter gives out on a wet street and a stranger crouches down to help. Everyday Latin, in a city that could be any city.

The morning after a storm, the residents of one building step outside together and take stock of what is left.

Lanterns, steam and a cook working the busiest stall of the night, told in the simple past.

Two people, one table, and a question neither of them wants to answer first.
The interlinear edition sets every sentence in your target language with its English directly beneath it, so a word you don't know costs you a glance instead of a dictionary. It's the one to start with at Pre-A1 and A1.
The target-language-only edition is the same story and the same illustrations with the English taken away. Read it once you've been through the interlinear — or straight away, if you'd rather work the meaning out from the pictures and the plot.
Both are print-ready at 139.7 × 210 mm, two to an A4 or Letter sheet. New to the level codes? Start with what CEFR levels mean.
